Engineer Cancellations

Hi everyone,

I am hoping you may be able to help/ advise as to what my next steps should be in our current situation. 
We had an engineering appointment booked for Saturday 8-12 and the engineer was a no-show. This was rebooked for today 12-4 however once again this looks to have been cancelled. I called up VM but nobody could see these appointment or tell me why they were actually cancelled. 

I am rebooked tomorrow 8-12, is this likely just to be the same issue again when the engineer never appears? We have had intermittent internet for at least a month now and the red light on our hub will not go off for love nor money. 

Also, I can only assume based on the VM website we would be entitled to compensation for both the failed visits. I’ve not heard anything regarding this but now sure if I am required to do anything. 

Any help/ tips would be massively appreciated.

Update- it seems that tomorrows appointment may now also be cancelled. I’m honestly not  sure what we can even do that this point?

I am so sorry to hear that you have faced this issue with your appointments, can I ask what happened since your last post? 


Did the engineer attend?
