Encryption for 5Ghz is unchangable.

I am currently doing a dissertation for University and it is important that I am able to change the encryption types on specifically 5Ghz. However, for some reason when I log on to my router and look in the 'Wireless' section at 5Ghz, the drop-down box to change the encryption type is 'greyed out' - unaccessible. I can change the encryption type for 2.4Ghz but not 5Ghz. I have the SuperHub3 router.

Does anyone know how I can make the 5Ghz drop-down box for encryption accessible? Please help. I need to be able to do this for my degree.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Ross

Re: Encryption for 5Ghz is unchangable.

Nevermind. Resolved it myself. Turns out all I had to do was have the SSIDs for 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz different by just one character for it to 'ungrey'.
