I’m having a random issue again whereby one of my email accounts on my iPhone will not update over WiFi. Works fine on 5g, also works fine if I connect to a Virgin hotspot nearby. So it must be something with my hub5 that’s doing it. Anyone got any ideas? It’s a custom email for my business, but it has been working fine before. I also can’t login to the webmail portal via a browser, unless I turn my home Wi-Fi off, so it must be blocking an IP or port or something. Any help greatly appreciated!

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with your email updating when connected to your home WiFi. You mentioned it works via mobile data but have you tried connecting to a non VM WiFi network outside the home?
Is it just the one VM hotspot showing or are there others showing? If it's just the one, this would be from your hub so you would still be connecting to the same hub.
Please let us know how things are via another WiFi network.
