HI, 

I am getting ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR messages on certain sites. I have a pretty strong suspicion that this is on Adult/ 18+ sites. 

Could that be true or is it something else?

Account settings >>> Online security >>> Web safe

Try :

Virus Safe  Enabled
Child Safe  Disabled

Thanks - I will check this out. However, at the moment I am still waiting to hear back on a ticket I have raised about not being able to register My Virgin Media account. Whatever password I enter it doesn't accept it. Was told it would be 3-5 days before someone got back to me. Still waiting.
