Dropping packets again

Hi thank you for looking into this appreciate the help!

The internet speed is fine but having major issues past 2 days with dropped packets. which last between 2-4 hours each time it happens. I stream on a daily basis, so I really can't do this with this going on.

I was starting to stream now and I was already losing 65% of my packets.

Too many T3 Timeouts - when was the hub last rebooted?

Can't remember off the top of my head I'll give it a reboot. What does T3 timeouts do ?

I am sorry to hear you have been having some issues with your service. I have taken a look at the account and everything looks good this end. There is no area outage that is impacting you and all your signal levels are within range. 

 

How have things been since you rebooted?
