Dropped calls/ blackout wifi

I installed the upgraded modem (Hub 4) about 2 weeks ago. Since  then I can’t hold a conversation without dropping repeatedly   (iPhone6s), also my wifi drops out even more than it did with the previous modem. I don’t have another phone to try the sim in. It’s only happening since this Hub 4 was installed. Ideas?

Why did you get the Hub4? Did you move to 1GB? If not, call in and say the Hub4 is not fit for your purpose and ask them to reactivate your old Hub3 if you still have it. Or if not, ask for a replacement Hub3 to be sent out.
