We've had a cable replaced and 3 different superhub 3s tested but the problem is still occuring. Power levels range from -9.4 to -7.2dBmV (downstream) 4.8dBmV (upstream).
What should I do?
Ask a virgin technian to install a HDU if you have more than one piece of equipment
-6 is the lowest downstream to be within spec, upstream is ok. Phone customer services and complain a lot.
