Download speed 3.5 upload 35.

For a week the highest download speed has been 20 but mainly below 10, as low as 3.2. I’m on the m600 package. The upload is constantly in the 30’s. I’ve been sent a new hub 3 and its still the same. I’ve been on hold for an hour to customer services and was cut off. Any help would be appreciated.

Create a BQM and post the live link.

It will show a live graph of your line quality.

That's the one!

It can take a few hours to show meaningful data, however yours already looks bad:

It's either an issue with your line or oversubscription/utilization in the area.

Leaving it overnight will show us if its a utilization issue as it usually settles in the early hours (No-one using the service!).

My son tested it at 4.45am and 6.20am it was 45 each time

If you get chance log into your HUB (http://192.168.0.1) navigate to 'Advanced Settings/Tools/Network Status' and post the 'Upstream', 'Downstream', and 'Network Log' tab data, as text across multiple posts as requried (You may need to click 'Post' twice if an error occurs during posting).
