Dosics 3.1 power levels getting worse

I reported a power related issue over a month ago regarding the Dosics 3.1 power level being really low but after testing was told everything is ok

Since then , it's been progressively been getting worse and the QAM modulation has dropped like a stone but Dosics 3.0 remains unaffected, 

Is this right or does it need an engineers visit 

I am rebooting my Hub every couple of days otherwise the speed drops

We have ran some checks from our side and can confirm the Hub does appear to be running out of specification,
