Does anyone get us channel changed all the time in the error logs on the hub5?

Hi virgin 

Again im not convinced the upstream channels are not working right saw all channels drop to 32 QAM and come on to check today loads of t3 errors and again to noise has hit the downstream to when this happened.

and last night on the pc internet brower kept freezing and not responding to after the t3 error working ok

also why is the upstream channel always changing in the erorr logs?

why would i cancel my contract? all i want is someone that knows what they doing and looking for to fix it! 

see ive gave u info on the fault and what it looks like so why dont u pass the info along so they can find the fault how about money off my bill if u cant be bothered to fix the fault? only fair has i pay it every month

virgin you see the red lines down todays graph? thats called packet loss.

I totally agree with you @RockerSBM

    All you trying g to do is virgins job for them,

I just have this feeling from being an x customer for 27 years that had similar on going problems,  .

I wish you luck, but till virgin invest in the inferstructure and also you go fttp, I'd not hold breath.

only when the hub reboots or prob when the packet loss hits.

Having seen your reports , that's probably most the time then you have problems.
