Does anyone get us channel changed all the time in the error logs on the hub5?

RockerSBM

Hi virgin

Again im not convinced the upstream channels are not working right saw all channels drop to 32 QAM and come on to check today loads of t3 errors and again to noise has hit the downstream to when this happened.

and last night on the pc internet brower kept freezing and not responding to after the t3 error working ok

also why is the upstream channel always changing in the erorr logs?

welcome to the world of virgin

and if your real unlucky , they will say noting worng, heres a bill for 25 quid.

I had to take off three separate days to get a technician that understood what a patch panel meant and how it could not be leading to the virgin hub dropping off ..

thats money I wont get back,

Good Morning @RockerSBM, thanks for coming back to us.

Can you please confirm if the visit has taken place?

If this has since taken place, please confirm what action was taken, or what was advised.

Kindest regards,

David_Bn

good luck @rockersbm

after 23 years , I have given up , last insult was being offered "special" price for 6 months that was only twice what new customers are being offered.

Sorry to hear this @RockerSBM

To best look into this, I am sending you a private message. Please keep an eye out for an envelope at the top right corner of your Forum page. Let me know if you have any issues locating this.

Hi Martin

still losing packets online networks should be watching this has they was a outage.

everyday there loads of red lines down the graph which means packet loss

RockerSBM_0-1685135639570.png

really vm should be seeing this on the networks and getting networks to look into it

My thoughts would be ,either

Virgin don't monitor

Or virgin don't care.
