Does anyone get us channel changed all the time in the error logs on the hub5?

Hi virgin 

Again im not convinced the upstream channels are not working right saw all channels drop to 32 QAM and come on to check today loads of t3 errors and again to noise has hit the downstream to when this happened.

and last night on the pc internet brower kept freezing and not responding to after the t3 error working ok

also why is the upstream channel always changing in the erorr logs?

I have had problems like this really since getting hte hub 5 but prodominantly since February.. Nobody really knows what the issue is. There was an area fault this last week with noise so I am hoping they have fixed something but I am not holidang my breath. I have the same messages every 10-20 minutes and my downstream wanders around sometimes goes out of spec and causes the modem to 'flap' and won't resolve till I reboot..

well i guess it will do because its lost sync all together and again last night went off at 2am in the morning if its losing sync clearly theirs a fault with hub getting d/c for a 1min or 2. and with the red at the top of the graph its showing packet loss online

the problem your facing is one of the hardest to find the fault and it will take vm years to fix it! unless u get someone who knows what they are actually doing on the network side of things and being in sheffield shows they dont have any.

i think your spot on with what your saying! but vm wont do anything about it. they moved me in the cab and internet went off yesterday and now online gaming seems really really poor for fps games
