Does anyone get us channel changed all the time in the error logs on the hub5?

Hi virgin 

Again im not convinced the upstream channels are not working right saw all channels drop to 32 QAM and come on to check today loads of t3 errors and again to noise has hit the downstream to when this happened.

and last night on the pc internet brower kept freezing and not responding to after the t3 error working ok

also why is the upstream channel always changing in the erorr logs?

Thanks for coming back to the thread. I'll send you a PM now to book in a tech visit. The SNR (signal to noise ratio) on the upstream channels keeps coming and going out of spec. Maybe something to do with the cabinet.

Yet another day off your going to have to take , and remember if the "expert" who comes does not understand your setup, or thinks you should be on business rates because you wNt "so much" you get charged,  and not told till the bill comes out in a month or so!,,

no im not taking no days off just had all last week off and maybe they should have done things about it when ive told them over and over again what the fault is! i changed the time to 4 to 7pm so he best turn up after 5 plus i dont know why i need to be in when its the snr on the upstream side of things all this time which if u look back over my old post youll see ive been going on about upstream here for ages. plus im going to ask if he has a hub4 so i can see the 3.1 channels has the hub5 does not show any so i can show them when the 3.1 channels qam drops

I had similar problems with virgin, including their engineer charging us 25 quid as I had a switch I could not use the domestic rate,,, 

I ended up raking 5 days off over two years before they admitted verbally it was a network issue, I then left virgin for a slower company, but 100 percent reliable and constant!

the young lady turned up at 4 but i was still at work i told her i would be home for 5.15 she said she would come back and she did at 6.15. 

she moved me in the cab and changed ends on things but said she would pass it on to networks because its not a fault showing all the time.

That was good of her,
