Does Virgin Media have a customer service?

Hello,

Do you know if there's a customer service at all?

I just spent one hour on the phone waiting to be connected to a adviser. 

The Isolator cable in the broadband kit is missing, I don't have Internet and I'm being charged!

I can't sign in to my account to cancel my contract or to make a complaint.

Your help would be much appreciated.

Isolator cable missing

Hello, I just joined Virgin Media and received my broadband kit.

I guess the isolator cable to make it work should be included, but it's missing and it's just impossible to get help via phone.

Could you please help?

You can use the Text service on 07533051809

or phone in

150 from Virgin landline.

0345 454 1111 from any other UK  phone. (08:00 is the best time)

or wait on here for a few days (6 to 7 days average) until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.

If you wait on here Do Not bump the thread it will put it further down the VM 'to do list'.

Thanks for your message. 

I've spent 5 hours on the phone to get a new cable, in vain. 

I called again VM services and the conversation got cut off after a half and hour waiting time like the three previous times.

I can't cancel my contract as I have to set it up first. And I can't set it up as the cable is missing. 

Could you please kindly help.

I have checked things from our side and can see you have spoken to the team and some new kit has been sent.
