Disconnects and ongoing poor quality

Hi,

 

I am experiencing multiple dropouts on a daily basis and very poor quality in both voice and with failed transfers. The Router has experienced some major resets with a loss of Internet and Wifi. Also reporting loss of sync on Cable on multiple occasions, I have attached Logs and DPM

Your downstream levels are too low.

When was the hub last rebooted and is there an attenuator fitted to the hub?
