Disconnection at 00:10 every night

I have recently been connected with Virgin Media 1GB broadband. This was installed on 18/7/2023. 
speeds have been great. 

However, every night at 00:10 the internet cuts out, it reconnects briefly and then repeats this process. 
This then goes on for at least 2+ hours with not being connected for more than 30-40 seconds before it cuts out again. 

Throughout the day it’s fine. It’s only at this time. I’ve deduced that it’s updating the firmware or something. 

I have the Hub 5x, there’s no indicator on the hub saying it’s lost connection and I’m unable to get it to show/connect to the VM connect app. 

I’ve looked on the router settings and there is no option to view update times or even manually update the firmware that I can see. 

Can someone please help me.
