Well this has been a problem since my contract started, I've tried calling but automated messages end the call.
My broadband turns itself off 7-10+ times a day, then turns itself back on (sometimes) maybe 15 mins later, often it hasn't come back on for hours, I've turned it off and back on manually which doesn't help, I've also factory reset so many times, the problem still remains.
Is it the network connection dropping or just your wifi connection to it?
To test that, connect a device too the Hub on Cat5e(or better) ethernet cable and see if that remains connected at the same time as the wifi ones. Let us know.
Also what Hub model is it and what are the lights on it doing/showing at the same time?
