Disconnecting wifi

We have recently got the virgin media wifi, but for some reason it keeps randomly cutting out, The wifi broadcast its self is up but the connection provides no wifi, I have tried factory resetting superhub 3.0 but nothing changes, I do believe this may be a problem with the area as it used to happen on the old wifi also, any suggestions would be a help, thanks.

Also, there is no tv or anything around the router, The channel is the right one for the best connection. When the wifi does go down the green wifi light flashes on the front of the router.

I have already posted a question like this but accidentally marked as answered.

Re: Disconnecting wifi

How do you know the channel chosen is the best one?

Are wired connections OK?

Re: Disconnecting wifi

I used an app that analyses your wifi and tells you the best channel I was told to do this by someone on here before.

And yes wired connections seem to be fine, is only on wireless connection.
