Disappointing setup process

Have just received Hub 3 and connected it as per instructions. Light is constantly orange with no WiFi. 
Have tried switching off and on again, as well as a reboot. Nothing. 

I think I need to book an engineer visit but obviously as soon as possible as don’t want to be paying for something I can’t access. Equally I don’t want to get towards the end of my cool off period, as I’ll be cancelling, if this doesn’t get any better. 

Does anyone know how I can book this?

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection since it was setup, I have looked into this and can see that you had a technician visit but that was cancelled, is your connection now up and running as it should be?
