I ordered a broadband and home phone service on 6th of July via phone and still have not received a welcome email with my account number. Now that I need to use Virgin Media Account to change the installation date, I cannot create an account as I dont have the account number.

Sorry to hear you've not received your welcome email and are unable to change the installation date. Have you managed to speak to an agent since you posted to get the required details and change your installation date? Please let us know as I can't see your details on here to check.
