Dial assist problem

Hi 

My Virgin mobile started this problem yesterday I have tried changing country to Belgium but nothing happens the screen doesn’t go dark or anything like that I agree terms click next and nothing I’m still on UK and still have the problem, have tried a soft shutdown as well. It’s an absolute disgrace that Virgin know there’s a problem and wont/can’t do anything about it. 
All txt messages now appear as +44 no names 

any advice would be appreciated
