Diagnostics dead end

Green flashing light on box. Went through diagnostics and web site took me to a blank page. Going to contact us link takes you through the same loop, diagnostics then blank page. How do I get support for this fault?

Re: Diagnostics dead end

Green flashing usually means loss of connection. Maybe an area fault?

A VM Mod will pick this up in a day or two.

Re: Diagnostics dead end

If it’s a Hub5 I think it means an update is in progress, but may have failed. From previous posts I think a power cycle may work, if not a pin-hole reset.

Re: Diagnostics dead end

Hi Jethroh,

Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear you've been having some issues with the service.

I've not been able to locate any details for you, have you been able to get it touch with the technical team?

How are things since you posted?
