I've found that some devices work consistently, no problem, others constantly need reconnected and get can get stuck at the "obtaining IP address" stage. Restarting the hub can help, but within a couple of days, the same device will have connection issues again.
The router is in an adjacent room, the 5Ghz and 2Ghz networks have different names, the signal strength appears good on the affected devices and the same devices did not have issues on previous networks.
Is there a way to tell why these devices can't properly connect on the router itself?
The down stream levels are just a bit out of the range we need
I have booked the first engineer appointment we have available
You can check and reschedule this appointment through your online account if you need to
You can also cancel it if the fault has gone
Can you please let me know how the visit goes
Hi, thank you very much for arranging the enginner.
The engineer addressed a few problems on the 19th that apparently could have been causing interference. The error section of the router page has only seen two "No Ranging Response received" errors since which suggests it's improved.
Hopefully that's it sorted. Thanks for all the help.
