Devices keep

I’m totally sick of virgin. Since we signed up devices randomly drop out. We were promised signal boosters as the signal doesn’t even reach upstairs. This is not the service I am paying for.

Your Downstream power is nearly at the top of the range, it needs an engineer to bring that down a bit.  Also you should not be getting those SYNC errors.  

Setup a BQM here www.thinkbroadband.com/ping  for comment.  This will monitor your connection 24x7 and show the state of the incoming circuit.
