Hello, myself and my partner are currently working from home, we both sit upstairs and use identical laptops next to each other, at least twice a day one of us loses connection on our laptops and the router has to be rebooted to regain connection. Is it possible the router is on its way out? Today it also happened to my personal laptop which I use downstairs. The laptop is connected to the WIFI but no internet connection is available, yet it works on other devices. This can only be resolved by either using the pinhole reset on the router or by rebooting the router using the Virgin App. Here is a link to my BMQ graph in case it shows any insight. The hub is a Hub 3.
