Devices connected but no internet

Hi, the Super Hub modem has been fully reset and restarted several times however I am still unable to get internet on any device. The devices say they are connected but do not get any wifi access. I have followed the troubleshooting guides but have had no success. Does anyone have any advice?

Maybe docsis is down? log in to hub and check Status

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to see you had no Internet connection on Wednesday, were there any issues showing on our Service Status at the time, if not you can also run further checks Via your Online account, I was unable to locate you on our system with the details we have for you, how are your services today?
