Desperate! - no broadband

Hello,

I am now 9 days without broadband and it is having a huge impact on me working from home!

I have called VM about 12 times to be told 3 times its a problem with my router and a technician was booked only to then be cancelled because apparently its a network issue!

This is causing me so much stress and anxiety!

Any idea's of what to do next, who else I can contact?

Your advice would be much appreciated.

Thank you

Re: Desperate! - no broadband

You can find out about the network problem by calling this number

Local check 0800 561 0061

Can you get a standby service on 4g/5g?

Re: Desperate! - no broadband

Hi Jpeg,

I have rang that number and they said there is an network issue in my area.

Although it's frustrating about no wi fi on my phone my biggest issue is not being able to get onto my work laptop as I need wi fi.

Re: Desperate! - no broadband

Hey @Dawniej1, thanks for reaching out to us and a warm welcome to the Virgin Media forums! 🙂

I'm so sorry to hear about the issues with the broadband you're having today 😞
I have had a look on my end, and I can see that there is an outage in the area.
The estimated repair time for this fault is for the 15th February by 2pm in the afternoon, there is a fault reference number which is the following: F010447776.
Check back later on to see how the service is.

Kind regards,
Ilyas.
