Deliver of replacement hub 4

Does anyone know how long replacement hub 4 takes to be delivered. I spoke to a technician yesterday who said as it is being processed before 12 it would take 24hrs. Well this has obviously passed and now I'm getting a bit annoyed as my teenagers are very grumpy!

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you're still waiting. 

Whilst it may only take 24 hours to process on your account, any equipment sent out can take 3-5 days for delivery. 

If you've had a technician visit then if the Hub needs replacing as part of the fault, they would do this there and then. 

Was it a technician at your home that you spoke with or was it someone over the phone?
