Delayed installation

I’ve had my install date changed 4 times , I was meant to get installed on the 15th of may but due to a blocked duct this hasn’t happened I’ve read horror stories on here. Can anyone give me any light on this

It doesn't seem like the customer service really care about getting people connected unfortunately. Hope you manage to get it sorted soon!

Constant lies from them whenever I phone, they do not care one bit. So annoying I can’t get fttp with anyone else . I really thought this would be class. But I highly doubt I’m gonna be installed this year
