Deco P9 TP Link Ethernet issue

Having problem getting my DECOP9 to run with strong signal so was told to Switch my VM 3 Hub into Modem mode , stops the conflict of having TWO Wifi signal bouncing about .... still some issues ,

wondering  IF are ALL ethernet ports on VM Hub3 are still all live when in MODEM mode ??

 

HELP !

When you say one one is do you mean PORT 1 ? as in the TOP on on VM Hub3 ??

Any port will work but one at a time.
