Dead Broadband Again

Hi .

My modem  is flashing green . The connection died about an hour ago.  Ive done everything like reset the modem and everything  else. I've also booked a technician  but that will take days . I need you to check if there's a problem that can be fixed on your side .

Make calls to 0800 561 0061 - if it does turn out to be an issue affecting the street the fault will start to be reported via this automated number.

Ask the folks next door if they Hub is down too.

Already did that . There's  no problem in the area .

Ha fingers crossed the WiFi light is now showing.  Hopefully  the connection's  back finally

No connection still . Bottom light still flashing  green  but now the WiFi symbol  is steady  green .

Sorry to hear that you were having these issues yesterday, it does look like you were affected by an outage which is now flagged on our system as resolved, can you confirm if your connection is working as it should be now?
