Damaged hub 3 need a replacement - how do I get a new one!!

My hub fell over and broke this week. I no longer have any wifi. I just need to order a new hub. How can I do this please. There is no obvious place to order one or speak to a human being to order one. Please help!

Hi, my hub 3 SSID changed suddenly and it now shows as ARRIS-0000 so i guess there has been an error which caused this. I tried doing a full pin hole reset but that didn't help. Can i get a new hub 3 so that i can start using my broadband again?

I can see the issue looks like its been fixed by the engineers visit
