Damaged Hub 3 - I need help with replacement please

Dear All,

I really need some help, I've got a failing Hub 3, WifFi strength pretty much drops off to 1-2 meg when outside the room and constant drop out connections over the past 3 months, which before was ideal.  I have been speaking to various customer service/technical support staff and keep getting bounced back and forth with simple "have you restarted your router".

Really appreciate any help someone can give me!
