Damaged Cable

The box housing the cable into my house has been damaged. I'm still getting a broadband connection but at a much slower rate. I've spent the past hour trying to work out from the Virgin Media website and customer service phone menu how to get this logged.

Can anyone help me?

My house front is on the street in the middle of a busy town. The lid has been knocked off the box exposing the cable.
