Daily hub rest

Hi

My internet connection drops on a daily basis, sometimes I have to restart the hub 2-3 a day. 

The hub is always showing the white light even when internet is down! It takes about 5-10 minutes after i power down and switch the hub 3 back on for the internet to be back on.

I've been a virgin customer for a long time now but this issue has been very frustrating during the lockdown, has created a massive issue working from home.

Anyone else had similar experiences?

Thanks for the link, already tried this many times, internet comes back on either by resetting or switching the hub off and on, but the same issue reoccurs through the day.

I have an engineer visit tomorrow let's see what he finds.
