Daily broadband outages

So up to 3 times a day my broadband goes off, normally round about same times of day and normally for 10 mins only (about 10% of the time will be off 4 or 5 hours, this only happens when it goes down at 00:50 though), obviously I've wasted much time trying to speak to somebody with no joy.

Does anyone have any ideas?

P.S the crappyhub 3.0 is in Modem mode only so that I could have WiFi in my house.

Re: Daily broadband outages

Are you using your own router to provide WiFi then?

Re: Daily broadband outages

Post the network, upstream and downstream logs from the hubs admin pages.

It may also be wise to setup a BQM to track any drops.

Re: Daily broadband outages

I've checked the logs already and there us nothing there that would indicate a fault or any sort of overload when the drops happens etc, tbh I've had it drop out while nothing other than a wireless subwoofer was on the network

Re: Daily broadband outages

What's dropping? The connection in its entirety or just your wifi?

Re: Daily broadband outages

TBH its not worth the hassle getting back in there to get the logs, its not the most accessible since it got moved to make room for a WiFi router that could actually do the job

Re: Daily broadband outages

OK. No further assistance required here then.
