DNS hijacking

Hi,

Virgin are hijacking my DNS requesting and causing major issues for me. Unresolved DNS requests get routed to my corporate DNS servers via direct access. As there are no unresolved requests I have no connectivity to the office and I'm now not able to work from home.

https://my.virginmedia.com/advancederrorsearch/settings does not work. I have set to yes, rebooted modem, set back to no and rebooted again, but my requests are still being intercepted.

Please can this be turned off from my account?

Re: DNS hijacking

Also people can block various servers by using the hosts file and/or using routing tables.
Another way is to use secure dns services.
