For the last 2 weeks I cannot connect a chromebook to the WiFi network. Suddenly lost connection on 13/01/21 with the message “Failed to connect to network ‘xxxxxxx’: DHCP lookup failed”. Not been able to connect since. Worked fine for the past 3 years.
I can successfully connect via Ethernet.
I have 2 other laptops, tablets, phones and smart tech that are connected ok.
I’ve tried all the suggested fixes on the chromebook as recommended on chromebook forums etc but still no joy.
I have a Hub 4. I checked the logs on the Hub 4 router config and in the early hours of the 13/01/21 new or updated software was pushed to the Hub, is this just a coincidence?
Anybody else experienced the same issue and resolved it? Is there anything else I can try?
