Hi, we are due complete a home swap 27th of this month. Advised virgin via move bot, no confirmation received. So had text today from people at new address advising virgin have cut them off!
They have been told virgin were wrong to do this. They want to arrange their side of move but I am concerned the same thing will happen and we will be cut off. Working from home in IT so would be pretty poor to tell my boss I’ve had internet cut off!!
