I called up on Saturday to cancel my broadband and I was told this would be cancelled on 1st March.
I woke up on the 1st February to find out there is no Internet working in the home. I then spent over an hour being passed around untill I told the person on the phone to cancel the Cancellation and then hit the hub then put the cancelation back on and the Internet worked right away untill just now.
Some sort of automated system is cutting my broadband off even though all the systems say I'm not being cut off untill 1st March. At the moment my family is using a hotspot but it's not ideal. Can a mod look at this as I'm working away from home and kids will be struggling with having no BB
