Customer Service

Hi how bad is virgin media customer  service   you request a call back doesn't happen so you call them back again to be place in a queue then they hang up on you,, has anyone been able to speak to them if so how did you get through

You get through most easily on the phone if you call at 08.00.

You can also text them on 07533 051809 include account name/number and what the issue is – replies may take longer.

A VM person should pick this up here and respond, but it can take several days to a week for them to get here.
