Credit where it's due - relocate router

Popped on here to look for info arranging to relocate my router on Tuesday 12/09/23 . 

Found the number and the options to choose on the call and got booked in for 0800-1300, Today 15/09/23. 

Engineer arrived at 0815 and left all sorted at 0930. Left the are nice and tidy and repacked the original trunking downstairs. 

Very happy with the service provided from Virgin in this instance! 

Original instructions below;

You should call  150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults) 

When calling Faults ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and book the tech for you
