Can someone who works for virgin media please dm I'm having no luck of getting support have spent hours on the phone just being left in a queue.

There’s no SLA for residential services. And response times here for a forum rep aren’t set in stone either.

There is a thing called THIRD CLASS Customer Service ....

but in Virgin Media - we have NO Customer services at all !

but ONLY the PAID touts sitting to defend VM crap !! There  won't be any LUCK !!
But for how long???  VM  HAS TO PAYBACK FOR SUCH RUBBISH so-called SERVICE SOOON!

I've replied to your thread.

You need to contact VM.

They do respond to threads on here however it can take 5 - 10 days.
