This problem has been going on for about 10 days now and has made using the internet impossible. I cannot work from home, I cannot play games. I am connected to the internet via ethernet and despite this, at times (sometimes for 5 hours at a time) the internet is unusable. Using software i've downloaded i can see myself dropping packets every 15 seconds. I even purchased a new router to link through my current virgin hub 3 (as a modem in modem mode) but this has no solved the problem. I am at my wits end, this has caused me huge problems, financially, emotionally and physically. I live near london. Often i check my postcode while the problems are severe and it says there are no known issues in this area.
