How do I get this fixed- it is intermittent , get 40-100M downlink/ mostly the uplink is less than 1 Mb. Its on wired and wireless. Ive reset the hub a zillion times - its beyond frustrating. I got a message from Vm saysing they were working in the srea yesterday ...same problem today. I never see more than 64 QAm Uplink - is that the problem and if so is it the hub- any help PLEASE!?

Thank you for the update and for providing your BQM.
I have taken a look from our side and no issues have been detected with the power levels but there could be improvements with WiFi.
Could you please reboot the Hub and let us know when you have done this? We can then run another check from our side.
