Constant intermittent dropouts

We have several wired connections and several connections with WiFi but recently, for the past 4-5 months, there has been an insane amount of dropouts, constantly going on and off and sometimes even for a day. I've had several technicians over who have changed wires, helped replace certain pins in virgin box and many other fixes regarding the router, I'm at my wits end and have no clue what to do, I'm paying so much and complaining to them constantly but it seems like it's never gonna get fixed.

When there is a dropout of signal what do the lights on the Hub show ?

Looking at the Hub's "Check router status" tabs are the Downstream and Upstream power levels in spec ?

Downstream Power Levels of -7 to +7 dBmV are preferred, +10dBmV is acceptable, with SNR >= 33dB.
Upstream Power Levels of 35 to 49 are preferred, with QAM 64 for all DOCSIS 3.0 channels.
