6 Text conversations via WhatsApp, 2 calls through their support line. Many false promises, only till a couple days ago, did a worker finally promised me a delivery of my booster pods. Engineer also came in to check the cables as the Internet connection was on and off.
After he left, every thing was fine for a couple weeks. Once the problem came back up, I contacted support yet again, and their response was that my “service was impacted because of a wireless interference”. There are no other wireless devices anywhere near my hub, and it is in an open space.
been a couple days since that conversation with the employee, and the connection still remains the same! I cannot work when the Internet disconnects every other minute.
