Constant Packet Loss

Hi, I hope this is the right place to post this.

Over the past year or so I've been experiencing a constant packet loss issue. It's taken me nearly a year to get to the point where I'm certain that's what it is. I stream on Twitch and am not sure what to do from here as it's starting to seriously affect the Channel.

I've ran a BMQ, I think that's what it's called, and it will consistently drop packets at random intervals which cuts the stream and is now massively affecting the viewer experience.

Obligatory, I've already tried restarting the modem, setting back to factory settings, using a different ethernet cable and making sure all connections are nice and snug.

If anyone could help I'd owe you my sanity.

EDIT - This does also affect lagging out in games and the occasional moment of buffering but the stream is way more of a priority.

As in a simple power cycle?

Probably about a few months ago?

I stopped rebooting it during problem periods as it hadn't worked for all the other times I had tried it.

Reboot it again now and repost the stats again in an hours time.

The Post RS levels should be zero not in the thousands they are now so hoping it just historical data. 

Also I’m surprised the hub has lasted a few “months” without a reboot as they usually have to have a kick every couple of weeks.

Power cycled it and left it off for a minute before powering back on just to make sure it had a chance to shut down properly.

I'm also assuming that I didn't reboot it for a few months and I don't remember doing it since we've been in lockdown in the UK, I could definitely be wrong about that. 🙂
