Constant Internet Loss with HUB 4

Hi,

I've suffered with constant internet drop outs since moving to the Hub 4 several months ago. Never ever had a problem with Hub 3 so I'm extremely frustrated.

Having read through a lot of information in this forum, I decided to take a chance on the BQM but have no clue as to what it is telling me. Would someone mind explaining this to me and if I have an internet issue please?

I'm not very technical so don't know the results. I'd like to know so that I can go back to VM with the results - if I can ever get through to someone.

Hello

Your BQM contains your external IP address which is personal information and should not be posted on an open public forum, as well as being against the rules of the forum, please share the Live View which will not have the IP address.
