I have installed the new router. Currently have no internet at the moment, router says it's access denied on internet section of the router.
I've called the phone line to send the activation packet, but I am not home at the moment, so not sure if it has worked. It mentioned it might take an hour to push through, so I will see when I return home shortly.
If not, I will have to call technical support again. This must be resolved by Monday as I have to work from home.
